At Channel 4, we believe that everyone should have the same chances to get ahead in the media industry. Currently there are not enough people with disabilities working in front of the camera, behind the camera and within broadcasters like Channel 4.

Here are some examples of things we have put in place previously for candidates who requested some extra support, to ensure that they felt confident and supported throughout their Channel 4 experience.
• Pre application: A phone call to discuss the opportunity further and ask some extra questions
• Application: Alternative formats - such as large print or requesting to submit responses via video or audio clips; or a phone call and a 4Talent team member to scribe answers
If you are successful, we will talk to you about any reasonable adjustments required to create a brilliant working environment for you. You will have a named contact to chat through any questions or worries you might have, prior to starting the role. Some examples of adjustments we have made are: provision of software, flexible working hours and quiet working spaces.
